"Meine WH" - The new Campus App for Westphalian University of Applied Sciences

The Westphalian University of Applied Sciences is expanding its digital offering with the new “Meine WH” campus app, a central platform for students in Gelsenkirchen, Bocholt, and Recklinghausen. The app bundles services such as cafeteria menus, grade overviews, library accounts, emails, news, first-semester information, and a career section. This marks another step toward a digital campus, with further helpful features planned for the future.

New Digital Booking System at ZHS Munich

Since 2024, ZHS Munich and UniNow have been developing a digital booking system for university sports. After a pilot phase, the system will launch at the main campus in Munich in October 2025, supporting features like course and equipment bookings and contract management.

Digital Campus university conference 25 in the Hyparschale

The Digital Campus university conference organized by UniNow took place in Magdeburg for the third time. There was a premiere this year: the newly opened Hyparschale could be used as a location and its modern architecture was a perfect fit for the motto of digitalization at universities.

Digital Campus Card at HSZG

Since March 2025, students at HSZG have been able to use the digital Campus Card via the myHSZG app. It serves not only as a visual ID on campus but also enables access to the university library and the borrowing of media. Starting in September 2025, the Campus Card will also be made available to staff members. Looking ahead, HSZG plans to expand its functions to include payments in the cafeteria, access to electronic locks, printing services, as well as a digital job ticket and time tracking for staff members.

Deutschlandticket for students: Simply use it now in the UniNow app

Since the summer semester 2024, students have benefited from a new, discounted Deutschlandticket for just €29.40 per month. This makes it easier to use local and regional public transport throughout Germany and represents a considerable saving compared to the regular Deutschlandticket. The ticket can be stored digitally directly in the UniNow app, making it easy for students to access and use at any time.
