Use Case

Initial situation

UniNow had already been under discussion at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences since 2017. Due to data protection concerns, the university decided against UniNow for the time being.

The solution

Due to the positive experience reports of other universities in Saxony-Anhalt and the examination of the data protection officers, Anhalt University of Applied Sciences decided to cooperate with UniNow.

Special adjustments

At the request of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, the emergency function was integrated into the UniNow app.

All features of the university at a glance

Grades: In the grades module all grades are displayed in a clear format and in statistics. It is also possible to add grades manually.
Mail: With the mail function, students receive and compose all university mails. No complicated setup is necessary, as the various configuration options are already stored in the app.
Cafeteria: The Mensa feature allows students to access the current dining plans and hours of operation for the Mensa.
Library: The library module provides students with an overview of the books borrowed and the end of the loan period.
Calendar: The schedule can be easily imported into the calendar, so that no lecture or other important appointment is forgotten.
To-Dos: The to-do list function gives an overview of all the tasks that still need to be done and helps to check off completed activities
