Our features at a glance

Campus apps have become increasingly popular in recent years due to digitization. Here, central functions are made available in a user-oriented manner via a mobile interface. Our functions at a glance:

News Feed: The News Feed is the home page of the app and provides the latest information from the college or university. A push notification is sent when new articles are posted.
Grades: All grades are displayed in a clear format or in statistics. Optionally, the grade point average can be calculated in planning mode.
Mail: Receiving and sending university emails has never been easier! A push notification is sent when new emails are received.
Calendar: The schedule can be conveniently imported so that no lecture or other important appointment is forgotten.
Library: An overview of the borrowed books and the end of the loan period is displayed. Borrowed books can also be renewed directly.
Cafeteria: The current menus and opening hours of the cafeteria can be accessed. In addition, the dishes can be filtered by vegetarian and vegan.
Campus Plan: The listing of all college or university facilities, including location information, makes it easy to find your way around campus.
Roles: By dividing the app into different roles, all members of the college or university can be reached efficiently and directly.
E-Learning: The integration of the e-learning module enables even faster access to the learning materials.
Campus Radio: Campus Radio can also be integrated into the app. This makes it easy to tune in at any time, even when you're on the road.

Cooperation process

Seven steps to your campus app

1. Contract signing

For all university cooperation partners, we offer a standard contract that must be signed by a legal representative of the university. Additional feature requests will be discussed individually.

2. Delivery of necessary data

Your university provides us with all corporate design relevant materials, such as logo and color code. In addition, you forward the data for the link collection and, if necessary, other functions to us. To grant the functionality of the app, you provide us with a test account.

3. Arrangement of feed usage

If requested by your university, we will set up an RSS sync service. We will also send you the access data for your feed account. In addition, we offer a webinar participation, in which the use of the feed is explained.

4. Implementation & Publication

Within two to four weeks, we complete the setup of the app and you then begin the four-week trial period.

5. Press Release & Social Media

After successful completion of the test phase, you publish a press release on the website and a post on social networks. For this, we provide you with a customized marketing kit and merchandise.

6. Feedback

We regularly discuss the development of usage and the next steps with you. Among other things, we look at the KPIs and then evaluate them.

7. Continuous further development

During the cooperation, regular updates and the implementation of additional functions are possible.
